Public Health Management - Critical Reflection
Introduction
This assignment will examine and reflect on the public health management of a person with coronary heart disease (CHD) and the practice nurse’s role. Another focus of the critical reflection is the collaborative working relationship that existed between the multidisciplinary team that enabled change. Long-term conditions management of coronary heart condition has several effects on patients and carers, which calls for the application of a number of skills and knowledge to be used in the same.
