However, the things to take note of is- once the declaration of refund is made, the customer loses the right to use the paper in part or whole and the rights of the paper will then be with the company. The company won't be responsible if customers have not put their correct phone number through the order form in case of a dispute arising out of miscommunication. The company expects all customers to check their email regularly and provide genuine phone numbers.

The company will immediately stop working on an essay which has been disputed or charged back by the customer with their financial institution. Further, no communication with such customers will be entertained.

If a cancellation request is received after 12 hours; but before 24 hours, there will be a 50% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be 75% if the order is cancelled after 24 hours and no refund will be made if the order is cancelled after 48 hours.
