Complaints Policy

Your feedback is crucial to our ongoing improvement, maintaining our strong reputation for customer trust. We are a fair company and promise to do our best look at your complaints practically and logically before coming back to you with a resolution.

To align with this principle, our Complaints Policy is designed to assist you in contacting us, resolving issues, and understanding your legal rights under the English law.

Addressing Complaints:

If you have concerns about poor quality, plagiarism, non-compliance with instructions, or any other issues related to the work you received, move your order to "revisions" from inside your dashboard and leave proper, constructive feedback for your writer within 7 days of receiving your completed order. Orders under revision are looked at by your writer as well as your supervisor. There is a very high likelihood that if you leave constructive feedback, your revised order will have all your feedback incorporated.

Response and Resolution:

Your complaint will be taken seriously, and our team will conduct a thorough investigation. However:

  • If your complaint is deemed minor and easily resolvable with your assigned writer/advisor, we will cover the costs of necessary additional work.
  • If we believe your complaint is unwarranted, we will communicate our concerns, provide the opportunity for additional information, and offer work changes at a small cost.
  • If an agreement cannot be reached, we will assign another expert to assess your work. If your complaint is valid, amendments will be made free of charge. If unwarranted, we will work towards an agreement.
  • If your complaint is related to an unrectifiable order (e.g., past final deadline), we will investigate and, if valid, offer credits to your account which can be adjusted with a subsequent order.

Refunds:

Upon requesting a refund, the customer forfeits all rights to the paper, as all rights will belong to the company.

Escalation:

If you remain dissatisfied with the handling of your complaint, please contact us at help@buyessay.co.uk with the subject "Unsatisfied with the resolution of my order number" (insert your order number). We strive to acknowledge and respond to all emails/messages within 6-8 working hours, our work timing being 9 AM to 5 PM.

Legal Action:

As a company registered under UK laws, we adhere to the same. If you feel we have been unfair, you have the right to escalate to the courts, but we would encourage contacting us first for resolution.

Prioritise contacting us before considering legal action, as the courts view it as a last resort. Keep evidence of interactions and follow our escalation process. Your legal rights, outlined in our terms and conditions, include timely delivery, plagiarism-free work, adherence to instructions, work of specified quality, and the option for amendments.

Cancellation:

Cancellation requests are entertained under the following conditions:

  • A 20% cancellation fee applies if a request is made within 12 hours of order confirmation.
  • A 50% cancellation fee applies if the request is received after 12 hours but before 24 hours.
  • A 75% cancellation fee applies if the order is cancelled after 24 hours.
  • No refunds are made after 48 hours.
  • Urgent orders with a deadline of 2 days or lesser aren't eligible for cancellation due to the custom nature of the service we provide.
