The Roman Empire rose from the Roman Republic and was established as a monarchy under Julius Caesar and Augustus Caesar. It peaked in the 2nd century but gradationally started to decline because of multitudinous renewals and restorations. There are multiple reasons for the fall of the Roman Empire, and it would be wrong not to bandy them all. The high cause for the fall of the Roman Empire can fluently be attributed to its rapid-fire growth. The fast expansion of the Empire and the lands enthralled and called for strong defense along the borders and homes. The conquered inhabitants of these lands were Neanderthal lines, who despised the Roman administration, as the levies inferred on these Romans were kept veritably high and regularly increased. This also led to frequent revolutions and revolutions. One of the main reasons for the fall of the Roman Empire is sad to be the nonstop war and heavy spending on its army. As the Roam Empire grew in size, it was imperative to maintain a large army. The Neanderthal lines as well as other occupants of the land conquered were also included in the army, which created further problems. Further, as the Neanderthal lines joined the army, they learned the strategies and military tactics of the Roman army. This knowledge proved to be mischievous to the Empire, as these were used against them in the heathen insurrections.
The Neanderthal lines continuously caused disruptions in the Roman Empire. In the revolutions by the Visigoths in 410, which was headed by an army of dogface, Alaric, the Roman army style and tactics were used against itself. The irruptions by the Defacers in 455 further sacked the conglomerate. In the late 3rd century announcement, Diocletian divided the authority between two emperors. One was seated in the Western Empire in the megacity of Milan and the other in the Eastern Empire in Byzantium, latterly known as Constantinople. This was done to make the governing of the conglomerate easy, but it was short-sighted, as with time both the conglomerates grew piecemeal. There were conflicts regarding participation in the coffers and military aid within them and also failed to work against outside forces inclusively. As the Eastern Empire flourished Emperors like Constantine, diverted the Barbarian irruptions to the West, leaving it vulnerable. Piecemeal from the size of the Roman Empire, the other cause of its fall was the corruption position and the insecurity of the government.
The hamstrung and unstable leadership created further problems in the governance. Civil war shook the country and around 20 emperors ruled the country in the period of 75 times. The Praetorian Guard, who were the emperor’s guards, had a big part to play in this as they were constantly involved in the emperor’s assassination and were used to establish new monarchs at their will or to the loftiest endeavor in deals. In my opinion, the fall of Rome could have been prevented, had they not been so greedy and cheated for new lands. Further, they could have taken good care of their subjects whom they conquered so that there was lower resistance and insurrections from them. Assessing advanced and further frequent escalation in taxation made the heathens lines and other mercenaries whom they captured. Also, the fall could have been prevented if the emperors ruling the state had set a good illustration and steered clear of any corruption or contestation. By looking after the conglomerate effectively and taking good care of the people, the civil war would have been largely avoided.
