Human resource management has always been viewed as the practice of ensuring that there is good leadership within the organization. Human resource is associated with good governance as well as a well-organized work force. Traditionally, personnel management referred to matters of staffing, payroll as well as contractual obligation among other administrative tasks. Personnel management deals with the activities that are in the management section of an organization. It does not deal with the resources within the organization. In one way or another, the human resource section works alongside the personnel management in order to ensure harmony within the organization and still maintain the standards of the workforce.

            Human resource management on the other hand is the assurance that all the resources within the organization are well taken care of. This means that human resource management is in charge of organizing and ensuring the availability of a workforce that works towards achieving organizational goals. This way, HRM is different from personnel management due to the nature and the scope of the two aspects. The definition and the mission of each clearly draw a distinction between the two components in any organization. HRM is beyond administrative tasks while personnel management deals with a broader vision of the whole organization at large.

            The strategies that were used by air national were far much beyond the capability of the organization’s usefulness. Strategies by the human resource management were geared towards providing a great work force that would work hand in hand with personnel management in order to provide the best services to the stakeholders as well as the shareholders.

            Human resource management involves creating a complete workforce that is geared towards improving the organization’s goals and objectives. This means that the human resource is responsible for the success or failure of a company. Air National has been in the forefront in providing the best services that are readily available and are of the best quality. The demand for services is dependent on the quality of products that are offered by a specific pack of individuals. Therefore, the demand for the services of Air National is dependent upon the quality of services offered by the human resource section of the company. The attendants should be very committed to the objective of ensuring client satisfaction as well as the commitment of employees.

The human body plays a vital role in the management and organization of activities within the framework of society. However, as opposed to machinery, the human body gets fatigued and in many cases needs rest. According to psychologists and other relevant scholars, sleep occupies almost one third of the entire life of a human being (Hancock 2008). However, the role of sleep has been viewed in different perspectives with an aim of restoring the lost concepts about sleep. Early industrial managers valued the body, because it could operate under verbal instructions. However, in the organizational landscape, the body has been termed a more disciplined tool in the organization of any economy.

Question Three

            The human resource at Air National is responsible for the management of the firm as well as the provision of customized services for all clientele regardless of the origin or status. The human resource management should ensure that the workforce is committed to the provision of services that are not offered easily anywhere. Managing people involves the employment of rules and regulations that are key to the organization. Humanity requires very strict monitoring as well as evaluation. Air National can improve on how people operate as well as the qualification for those already working there. The human resource manager at airli9ne needs to use various strategies as well as conditions of hiring and firing. In various circles, the task on hiring and training personnel is done by other firms. This means that the human resource needs to outsource some administrative duties in order to reach various targets and ensure that the workforce is qualified and is trained for the job.

            An imbalance in the human resource section of Air National is the key aspect that should be put into consideration. This means that each section of the organizations should have enough people who can fill the workforce against the demands of the specific section. In order to deal with these imbalances, the human resource management has to carry out recruitment schedules that are aimed at choosing the best of the best that may fit in the organization. Another issue of the organization is finance. Finances in a company are the key to the development of the organization. This means that the company operates with finances in paying workers and maintaining the face of the company.

            The human resource component should plan clearly in order to avoid the various disappointments of the company. Therefore, from hiring to firing, the human resource component needs to stick to various financial obligations as well as the budget of the company. Human resource works hand in hand with personnel management in the provision of the best strategies. Human resource is associated with good governance as well as a well-organized work force.             Human resource management has various models that drive the workforce towards well achieved goals. This means that the workforce commits itself to make the best out of the services. There are two major models that are used. Commitment based and control based human resource management. Therefore, the models are used to address the various commitment levels and the way the component can address problems relating to human resource.

            Strategic human resource management model can be used to ensure proper service delivery by the workforce. This means that various strategies will be introduced in order to reach the ultimate goals of the organization. The strategic human resource model ensures that there is a thorough look on the organization vision and mission as well as the aims and goals. Air national can use this model in order to maintain the standards as well as ensure the workforce is satisfied with various outcomes of the strategy. The model involves using a strategy that plans for human resource, attracts human resources, motivates human resources, develops the human resources as well as maintain high performance of Air National. This way, the human resource will have done well to the human resources and to the organization. Therefore, human resource systems and procedures of Air National require serious human resource tactical plans that will be aimed at enriching the organization as well as the people working in the organization.
